How to get the timestamp without milliseconds?
You can use CURRENT_TIMESTAMP which accepts a parameter, millisecond precision you want. Example:
select CURRENT_TIMESTAMP, CURRENT_TIMESTAMP(1), CURRENT_TIMESTAMP(0)
from RDB$DATABASE
Would return something like:
2010-02-26, 15:14:17.180
2010-02-26, 15:14:17.100
2010-02-26, 15:14:17.000
So, simply use CURRENT_TIMESTAMP(0).
